The economizer, which will be mounted behind the boiler to heat the air entering the heater with the flue gas, is designed to increase system efficiency. The economizer will be manufactured from winged pipes and the system efficiency will be maximized with much smaller heat transfer surfaces.
According to conventional systems, the system achieves maximum efficiency with the heating circuit to be installed between the gas drawn and the air to be heated.
The flue gas is obtained by the gas burner and by means of the recoil burning furnace, it supplies a large part of the required heat to the fresh air through radiation and convection. The flue gases coming out of the furnace pass through the pipe of the alloy pipe and pass the necessary heat to the air passing through the outside. From behind the boiler the air preheater is directed towards the heat sink economizer.
