The system, which has a total capacity of 12 MWt with cascade installed 3 units of 4 MWt Hot Water Boilers operates with an efficiency of 97.2% with a gas outlet temperature of 77°C.
- Hot Water Boiler Boilers operate in cascade with the outlet temperature taken from the flow line to the facility.
- PLC determines the burner load with modulation according to the thermal need.
- PLC decides which of the boilers will work as Master + Slave with equal aging.
- High efficiency is achieved with the stainless economizer.
The project of “Landfill Gas to Electricity Generation’’ In Istanbul which is the largest in Europe, and among the top ten largest landfill gas to electricity projects in the world.
The waste heat from the gas engines is planned to be utilized for the generation of additional electrical energy. Exhaust waste heat will be transferred to thermal oil via heat exchangers and then transferred to the ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) module in order to generate electricity.
MNK would produce 42 unit Waste Heat Exchanger. Exchangers which is being three modules will design high efficiency by using high-frequency welding finned.
1 pc 17 tph 15 barg Steam Boiler, Stainless Steel Feed Water Economizer, Dearetor and Condensate Tank were manufactured and commissioned.
For Polmar's Czechia facility,

At the Mebant Eskişehir facility, the saturated steam boiler with a capacity of 10 tph 6 barg and the feed water economizer were commissioned.
Waste Heat Recovery Heater, Air Sealing Damper and New Generation PLC System were commissioned at Şişecam Balıkesir.
Three boiler houses were modernized with New Generation PLC Systems, Productivity Control Monitoring and High Efficiency Boiler Feed Water Pump Station at Sütaş Bursa.
